Ireland Country House B&B
Beginning July 1, 2007, unless special arrangements are made, we no longer have "self-catering" rental accommodations available. However, we do have Bed and Breakfast (B&B) lodging in two bedrooms. One double room (queen bed) has an en suite bathroom. The other room is either a double or triple room and either shares the bath of the first room, or uses the second bath on the ground floor (bedroom is on the floor above).
WiFi Broadband Internet connection is available.
Note -- we have two house cats. Folks that are allergic to cats take note. Our cats own us, and have the run of the house much of the time, so the bedrooms will have some cat hair/dander even when recently vacuumed.
We support progressive causes.
Pricing
Prices are per person sharing:

Queen bedroom (double room) with en suite bath is €30 per person per night.

Double bedroom or triple room (shared bath) is €27 per person per night.

Single supplement is €5 per night.

Your choice of breakfast from the breakfast menu is included in the per night cost for each person.
A good currency exchange calculator is available here if you want to see what this currently is in US dollars or another currency. Deposits are charged at the rate of the day the reservation is booked (that is, we will tell you the deposit amount in Euros and in U.S. Dollars on the day of booking). Balances are charged at the rate of the day of check out. We can accept amounts in US dollars or in Euros, so pay in the currency that works best for you.
Policies
We will expect you between 3 and 7 p.m. If you will be coming directly from the airport, please provide your flight number and airport information so we can monitor when you might arrive in Kesh. If you are already in Ireland, please call if you will be arriving much later than 7 p.m. Early arrival may be possible depending on when previous guests have left, so call to see if that is possible if you desire it. We do need time to clean and refresh the bedrooms and baths.
CHECK-OUT TIME |

Please return all keys, etc., before 12:00 noon. If you think you might like to leave later, please inform us so we can see if we can accommodate you and to plan our guest schedule. |

LOST ITEMS |
|
Owners are not responsible for any items left in the property after the Guest vacates but efforts will be made to return left items if reported lost by Guest and later found in the house. |

PARKING |
|
There is adequate parking behind the house and in the driveway. |
|
REFUNDS |
|
Guests shall not be entitled to any refund for inoperative appliances or poor TV reception. Owner, however, upon being notified of any malfunction, will make every effort to have appliance repaired. Weather is considered an "Act of God". No consideration for weather will be made for refunds. |

Reservations

If you wish, you may make reservations in advance by e-mailing sales@sligotreasure.com. We will ask you to confirm your reservation with a 10% deposit using PayPal (you can use a credit card or your own PayPal account). Reservations made more than 30 days in advance can pay with a check or money order. Payment of the balance due will be collected on check-in or check-out, and should be made in cash or by PayPal (using a credit card or your own PayPal account). Deposits are not refundable, but may be applied to another date, subject to availability, if you provide notice 24 hours before your reservation commences. Of course, if you want to decide your itinerary as you are touring, please feel free to call to see if we have room(s) available (in Ireland, call 086-375-0304). |
WiFi
WiFi Broadband Internet connection is available. The WEP key will be provided to guests.
SITTING ROOM AND TELEVISION |

Guests are welcome to use the sitting room to gather and/or to watch television. Television reception in the sitting room is via antennae and satellite. The antennae receives RTE 1, RTE 2 and TG4 . The satellite receives numerous BBC channels, CNN (European version), Euronews, several sports and music channels, and other entertainment channels. |
DINNER
We do not have the facilities to prepare dinner for guests. However, we will provide a list of local restaurants in various price ranges for your use. If you would like that list ahead of time, please let us know. |
